About

Kevin McMillan is a sociologist who has specialized in communication, marketing, and design for over 15 years. During his career, he has worked with non-profits, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, publishers, and more to create or manage thousands of creative projects.

In addition, he has watched small businesses and organizations spend the majority of their time and energy focused on operations and what they do best.  These companies were continually constrained by small budgets, limited staff, and economic fluctuations.  The few marketing efforts they were able to handle tended to be spontaneous, inconsistent, unprofessional, and/or ineffective. Therefore, Kevin McMillan launched Flight in 2011 to help small business and non-profits plan, create, implement, and maintain affordable (yet professional) marketing actions.
